For tradies
Your skills deserve the right direction.
A short, confidential conversation about what you do, what you want next and what has to work outside the job. Then roles that actually fit, or an honest "not yet".
What we ask about
Career and life priorities, before job titles.
These are the questions in a first conversation. None of them are compulsory.
The work itself
Type of build, scale, quality expectations, the tools you want to be using.
Pay
What you're on now, what you need, and what your tickets are worth in your region.
Progression
Leading hand, foreman, estimating, project, or staying on the tools by choice.
Hours and travel
Start times, weekends, on-call, how far you're willing to drive.
Location
Where you live now and whether relocating is genuinely on the table.
Life outside work
School pick-ups, sport, family, study, the things that make a roster workable.

After you enquire
What actually happens next.
- 01
Within 1 working day
A consultant contacts you the way you asked to be contacted.
- 02
A 15-20 minute chat
Your experience, tickets, and what a better move looks like. No pressure to apply.
- 03
Roles with detail
We bring you roles that match your profile, with the employer, pay, hours and site type up front.
- 04
Your call, every time
Nothing is sent to an employer until you've agreed to that specific role.
Confidentiality
Exploring is not the same as leaving.
- We never contact your current employer.
- Your CV and details aren't shared with any business without your agreement, role by role.
- We can keep you off a specific employer's list if you'd rather they didn't see you.
- Ask us to delete your details at any time and we will.

Common questions
Is it free?
Yes. Candidates are never charged. Employers pay our fee on placement.
Can I enquire without a CV?
Yes. A short chat is enough to get started.
Do I need NZ work rights?
For most roles, yes. If an employer will support a visa we'll tell you when we talk it through.
What if nothing suits right now?
We'll tell you plainly, and check back in when something relevant comes up, only if you want us to.
Talk about my options
Two minutes now, a proper conversation later. CV optional.
