This website is operated by Tradepath Consulting Limited. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Role information
Any role we describe to you reflects the brief we were given and is updated when details change. It is not an offer of employment, and pay ranges are indicative unless confirmed in an employment agreement.
Information you submit
You agree that information you provide about yourself or your business is accurate, and that you have the right to provide any third-party information such as referee details. Do not upload anything unlawful, harmful or confidential to a third party.
Recruitment services
Candidates are never charged. Employer services are governed by a separate written engagement agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.
Intellectual property
The Tradepath name, logo, site content and imagery are owned by or licensed to Tradepath Consulting Limited and may not be reproduced without permission.
Third-party links and services
The site links to third-party services, including email tools and analytics. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
Liability
The site is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing limits rights that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the current version always applies. These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
